Shipping/Returns
Shipping:
We ship through USPS and will do everything possible to ship your (in stock) items the next business day to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
*If a package is returned to us (RTS) because it is undeliverable, customer will be charged shipping to return item to them.*
Returns:
All items may be returned up to 7 business days after you receive the item for store credit. However, all tags MUST be attached with no sign of wash, wear, or strong odor of any kind. If we receive a return outside of the above conditions, NO CREDIT will be issued - please email us with any concerns regarding this. The customer must pay return shipping - shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Custom tees are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once we receive the item, we will email you within 1-3 business days regarding your credit.
Defects (pertaining to squishies):
If you have an issue with any squishies, you MUST email our team within 1 business day after arrival or pick up. In that case, we will do our best to remedy the situation.
If it is played with for several days and breaks, we cannot do anything about that. We will stand behind products right out of the package, but cannot do anything once they are played with & used because we cannot determine the conditions of the situation.
